Awaken OS OnePlus 6+6T New update 15th March 2022 Full Review and Test

 Last time on 5th of the March I gave you update blogpost for awaken OS oneplus 6 and 6T. That rom was pretty solid But still some users reported that mic issue in audio calls so Vikas aka Optimus and all awaken OS devs team has released new update on 15th March. Visually you will not see any difference in the rom but when you use it it's actually makes difference in usage than previous rom. As this rom is now encrypted by default you need to clean flash the rom so without wasting time lets get started for installation and review.  As you can see that last time I was on evolution-x android 12L rom. Android 12 for OnePlus Nord 2: Treble GSI New taste of Android Snow Cone

Note : This is pure AOSP phh treble GSI (DOES NOT HAVE ANDROID 12 ALL FEATURES) and has some major bugs try at your own risk if you know how to revert back to stock.


   Today we'll see how you can boot Android 12 for your Nord 2. 

* Before installation phone must be OEM unlocked, Latest adb & the fastboot driver installed on your PC

Latest fastboot and adb drivers : Download

1. In my case I'm using the oxygen os android 11 stock firmware so, first enable the developer option by tapping multiple times on build number from about phone then, enable USB Debugging option.

2. Now Download PHS treble GSI file From here extract it with the exact file extractor and we'll get the image file and also Download the vbmeta image here file transfer these files at one place on your PC.appliaction

3. Now if you are rooted then use the advanced reboot application open it and click reboot to bootloader /
If you are not rooted then connect your phone to the PC type adb devices & enter and then type adb reboot bootloader in this way your phone boots into the bootloader mode.

4. Connect Phone to the PC go to the folder where you placed your both files select it and click shift + right click of the mouse & from the drop down menu select open command prompt window type enter fastboot devices if your device is properly connected then we can see the device id there.

5. Now the type command fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img & enter.

6. Now type fastboot reboot fastboot this command will reboot your device into the fastboot d mode witin the twrp or your stock recovery now again check whether device is connected or not type and enter the command fastboot devices after that rename our etracted image file to the simple one i changed it to system image now type and enter the command fastboot flash system system.image this process will take 5-10 min. when you see the process is finished click reboot button and select recovery so you'll boot back to twrp or stock recovery.

7. Now click format data or the factory reset on twrp and slide it to confirm if you are on the stock recovery just click on factory reset & enter.

8. Now click reboot to the system it'll take 2-5 min. to boot as soon as we boot we'll face device certification error to solve this we need two applications device id apk Download here and any browser i'm using opera mini as this rom didn't comes with any browser initially.

9. Now download and transfer them in internal storage of your device later install both the apk's one by one then open device id apk in that copy the device framework id now using the browser go to this website and there first login to you google account now paste your framework id and click register

10. Now close the browser and just wait for 2-3 min. then go to settings - > Applications and clear the data of device framework application then google playstore app and the google play services app.
by doing this your certification problem must be solved.

Install any custom GSI rom on any device as dualboot rom

  Hey what up guys DSU LOADER is awesome implementation by Google to test generic system images that Google going to release new Android versions which can be loaded over the existing OS , with the single reboot we can go back to stock rom.Its only available in Android 10+ roms via developers setting there we gets DSU LOADER option, but that setting will load only compatible gsi packages available for your device when we tap on it , it will gets downloaded and flashed. But developers like phh has developed phh treble gsi rom using these images which are bootabale and working on lots of devices but to install them we need to follow tedious fastboot flashable or twrp flashable installation process which also wipes system, that I created in lots of YT videos.
