Awaken OS OnePlus 6+6T New update 15th March 2022 Full Review and Test

 Last time on 5th of the March I gave you update blogpost for awaken OS oneplus 6 and 6T. That rom was pretty solid But still some users reported that mic issue in audio calls so Vikas aka Optimus and all awaken OS devs team has released new update on 15th March. Visually you will not see any difference in the rom but when you use it it's actually makes difference in usage than previous rom. As this rom is now encrypted by default you need to clean flash the rom so without wasting time lets get started for installation and review.  As you can see that last time I was on evolution-x android 12L rom. New Update Pixel experience OnePlus 6 and 6T: 17 Feb 2022

        Hey what's up guys because of external mic issue I didn't used the pixel experience last build of 10th Feb, till the date I was using syberia on my OnePlus 6, but on 17 Feb 2022 team has released the new update and claimed that some of the major bugs has been fixed releted to in call sounds also added minor features with massive performance improvement.

I have already created few updates blogs so to know latest update blog on PE please check blogpost name always.

So for flashing this you need to download Dm verity zip and rom zip.Finalize zip is only needed if your are first time flashing rom. All links are given below

INSTALLATION:

Now boot phone in twrp mode, twrp 3.6 is still recommend.

So first boot to twrp, now first tap install and flash the pixel rom zip after flashing gets done go to advance, tap install current twrp , we have twrp installer zip also you can flash that if u didn't have this option in twrp.Now tap reboot and boot back to TWRP.

 If u r first time flashing pixel experience we need to flash finalize zip but if you already done this then skip this step.

Now tap install flash the Dm verity zip.

Next step is to go format data, type YES and it's done if you are already on PE  skip this step for dirty flash so you will not loose data and apps.

If u are not able to format data  as some users reporting to solve this just go to setting and check mark rm -rf  option and then format data it should work.Now tap reboot to system. Phone will take 2,3 minutes to boot.

WHATS NEW:

if you done clean flash,then you need to set- up the device. Let's see what's changed.

1) Now we goes to setting and about phone, Still security patch is old for Jan 2022 .I expected they may be released Feb security but PE sources didn't done the upgrade.One major change kernel downgraded to primus 4.9.230 from 4.9.290. Actually 230 is more stable and having better performance so it's welcome implementation.Next you can see this is  latest 17 Feb 2022 build.

2) As I told old kernel has been added and it given the massive improvement in performance ,you will fell butterfly smooth performance every were in the rom. Geekbench test given  better results for single core its 493 close to average results. For Multi-core it's given 1935 its close to average geek bench results. Last time it's very low something about 1530.

3) So bugs of low in call volume issue due to mic has been fixed in this build, volume level has been fixed for calls as some user's reported for the bugs.Again one of the major issue was VoIP calls sound issue.Like if we do calls via Google Duo, WhatsApp we can't able to here sound  vice-versa now it's solved.I checked it using whatsapp voice call and it's very clear now.

 4) If we goes to settings then apps now new Advance gaming mode is added which has game dashboard and do not disturb mode for games.If we enable both tabs and open any game we gets game dashboard overlay.It has screen shot, screen recorder, FPS and DND mode overlay button activation so we can access them by just one tap while playing games.Game optimization is available but it's works for only supported games also there is youtube live tab so immediately we can start youtube live at any point in the game.

So that's it's this is mainly stability, performance  and calling issues fixing update

Still bugs like USB OTG and external mic issue is not fixed but they are not so heavy issues. Rom is getting more stable day by day and hope soon it will be fully bug fixed outperforming rom in upcoming days.

Install any custom GSI rom on any device as dualboot rom

  Hey what up guys DSU LOADER is awesome implementation by Google to test generic system images that Google going to release new Android versions which can be loaded over the existing OS , with the single reboot we can go back to stock rom.Its only available in Android 10+ roms via developers setting there we gets DSU LOADER option, but that setting will load only compatible gsi packages available for your device when we tap on it , it will gets downloaded and flashed.
